Como Retreat is located just north of St. Francisville, Louisiana, in West Feliciana Parish. Como offers silent retreats for men and women.
Como Retreat encompasses the recently restored main house (circa 1890), newly-constructed guest cabins, a reading room, and a rustic chapel—nestled between hilly hiking trails on one side and an unimpeded view of the Mississippi River on the other.
When you’re at Como, you’re a world away from the demands and noise of everyday life.
Meet Our Spiritual Director
With a heart for introducing children and adults to the transforming love of Jesus Christ, Pastor Daniel Dyer has been entrusted with the spiritual formation for thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds. A Louisiana native, Pastor Daniel Dyer has been walking with God for thirty years through a particular call to Christian ministry in Honduras. We are honored that he created a series of lessons for guests at Como, a place he knows well and holds dear.
After being raised in a Christian home and graduating from Lee University in Cleveland, TN, Pastor Daniel Dyer was called to ministry in Honduras nearly thirty years ago. To learn more about his leadership of several Christian organizations in Honduras.
